Refund policy

The short version

If Culpritly is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No forms and no need to explain.

What is covered

• First payment: refunded in full if you ask within 14 days.
• Later monthly payments: not refunded for a period that has already started. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Free trial: the 14 day trial needs no card and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
• The law: where the law gives you a right to a refund, for example a mistaken or unauthorised charge, that right is not reduced by this page.

How to ask

Email hello@faisalalvi.com from the address on your account, with the words "refund request". We reply within 2 business days. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record, so the refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Log in, open Billing, choose Manage billing and cancel in the portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel first.
