Terms of service

The service

Culpritly watches a WooCommerce store through a connector plugin and tells the store owner when something looks broken, along with the changes made just before. It is provided as an early access service, as is, and may change or have interruptions. Detection and alerts are best effort; they do not replace your own monitoring or backups.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and only connect stores you own or are allowed to monitor. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Free trial and billing

New accounts get a free trial of 14 days for one store, with no card needed. After the trial, monitoring and alerts pause until you subscribe. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices and plan limits may change with notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, overload it or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

See the privacy policy for what we collect and how long we keep it. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for lost sales or revenue, including revenue not protected because an alert was late or missed.
